hi doctor...I am unable to sleep either left or right side as there is seviere backpain.. sleeping in the position that belly is in top straight position is safe? and also I have back and lower chest pain in left side...do suggest me something ... thank you

A. this needs proper evaluation by orthopaedic opinion for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
