Hi doctor , I am mother of 3 month baby. I got this lower back pain(hip pain) during my pregnancy . The pain is still there due to which I am getting pain when I am walking , when I am sleeping it will hurt to turn from one side to another side and waking up also pains. I can feel the movement in my bones during all these activities on both sides of hip. please help me to become normal
