Hi doctor, I am mom of 2.8 years old baby. My weight is 65 kgs . I want to reduce my weight. Which diet I have to follow to reduce my weight? Thank you Thanks

A. Dear mum, to reduce weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.
