A. you can take tablet pan 40 before food daily once in morning. But not to use it regularly as it is not good during pregnancy to use regularly so maintain proper diet by having more frequently but less quantity of food

A. hi parent it is happens due acid reflux please take easily digestible food in small portion please include green leaf veggies and fruits please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug fruit and veggies wash
