Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. first of all rule out gas problem and gastritis is might be causing abdominal pain and the second most common cause would be Rule out constipation and after that if it is not improving then meet your doctor and drink plenty of water and take easily digestive food
