hi doctor I am appu I am gaining weight in this 2 months and my weight gaining is only on thigh parts and my thighs are very paining everyday and I will do the exercises also plz suggest me some more tips to loss weight

A. Hi mom Cycling and jogging is very good to reduce the thigh weight.. Do yoga atleast half and hour daily. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Take care
