hi doctor, I am a mother of 38 days baby he is not doing poop since 4 days and pass stinky gas and whenever I feed him he take burp still he spilt some milk and sometimes curd type milk and sometimes watery milk plz suggest some remedy.

A. Sir vomit is not a problem

A. baby is 38 days also this is normal that if the baby is having gas problem try to give exclusive breastfeeding to the baby and you can also give bonnisan drops and neopeptine drops
