hi doctor, I am a breastfeed mom to a 4.5 months and my milk is significantly reduced could you help me out with this issue? also I got my periods last month.

A. hi dear mum , if ur baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hrs is active alert n gaining adequate wt then feeding is sufficient over the period of time breast is able to better regulate milk production according to baby intake so u may not see milk leak. more u breastfeed more will b the milk supply
