Belly size is actually does not make a difference at the end of the time if the child is healthy and your ultrasound reports are normal the child is cleaning sufficient amount of weight and all then that is not a problem gaining about 5 to 10 kg in pregnancy is normal so if you have gained about 5 to 6 kg also then that healthy healthy all in all
