hi doctor i am 35 weeks 3 days pregnant. and my AFI is 27.87 cm. and i have getational diabetes. is there any complication in my baby or pregnancy.plz find my report and suggest accordingly.

The amniotic fluid index is too much .
And definitely a vaginal delivery is not possible .
We should also see if the baby is having any anamolies .

Your diabetes can complete it at the time of delivery so you have to maintain a proper diet and it is very important because if diabetes is not normal at the time of delivery then it can delay it. Rather than this you just follow the instructions given by your gynaecologist.
