Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and dohv regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in mganagement of the weight .
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. If you had a normal delivery then you can go ahead with proper work out but dieting you cannot do till the time your breastfeeding the child and one Choopi breast feeding you can go ahead with proper diet to lose any weight
