Give cheese along with baked potatoes and sandwiches. Give cheese pasta. Give mushrooms and carrots. Give berries such as blackberries, strawberries and blueberries. Give ginger and garlic. Give papaya. Give turmeric. Give chicken and eggs. Give yoghurt. Give broccoli. Give lentils and pumpkin. Eat a healthy diet with fruits and vegetables. Include herbs and spices like cinnamon, basil leaf, honey, clove in your kid's diet. Increase liquid intake to 2-3 litres per day such as water, coconut water, milk, fruit juices, lemon juice etc. Morning sunlight is essential for atleast 30 mins and take a good source of Vitamin D. The first thing in the morning : lukewarm water with honey and before going to bed in the night : warm milk with cinnamon and turmeric.
