hi doctor.how to improve concentration and focus on my 4yr old baby...she has become more moody..she don't want to study.. she don't sit for longer time at one place .. although we are not forcing her for the same...plz guide how to improve concentration and focus

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
