hi doctor have gain toomuch weight after my delivery 10th month baby now plz say whether ఈ have thyroid or not i attached tyhroid report

report seems normal
so no need to worry
it is common to get weight after delivery
to reduce it , I advise to start doing exercises and yoga regularly.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child which help to burn out extra calories and reduce your weight.
