Hi doctor green apple/ soya milk/soya beans /rose hips/ sugar beats/ peas . are these good to take while breastfeeding.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. you can have it but in moderate amount.. sometimes eating peas, pulses can causes gases.. should be avoid.
take high protien diet, cerelas , fresh fruits n veggies.
