Hi Doctor, good morning. Please let me know whether **Instamune powder** is good for strengthening my baby's immunity or not. Also, what should be the correct dosage, and how should it be given (with milk, water, etc.)? If there is any better option available to improve my baby's immunity, please suggest that as well.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 month agoA. Namaste Father, It would be ideal to give the toddler a well balanced diet as such include seasonal and locally available fruits and vegetables, soaked nuts and seeds as well.
