Hi doctor Good morning My baby is of 3 months Before completion of his 3 months he used to poop regularly upto 3 times but now he is barely passing stools 1 time in 2 to 3 days but he is active and playing as usual his tummy is also not hard and seems physically everything well but is there anything to worry
