Hi Doctor Good Morning My 4 months 29 days old baby putting pressure while crying and sometimes without any reason and became very red.kindly suggest

A. yes happens knw what. It is absolutely normal for the baby to not pass motion even for up to one week if the baby is on breastfeeding so no need to worry if it is above one week then you can apply glycerine suppository for easy motion of the baby no syrup for medicine is given orally till 2 years of age for constipation as not recommended.

A. Dear mum although this is a natural way of the kids to show their discomfort or if they are somehow irritated or it can be a sign that kids need to be picked up so you must only come down your child it can be colleague issue also so you must check by pressing the term if your child is the non stop feeling uncomfortable it can be colic pain for which you can either give medicine or give a massage on the tummy
