A. Immediate Recommendations Mineral Sunscreen: Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ containing zinc oxide or titanium dioxide daily; these reflect heat better than chemical filters. Soothing Ingredients: Use moisturizers with ceramides, niacinamide, or centella asiatica to calm inflammation and repair your skin barrier. Physical Protection: Wear a wide-brimmed hat and seek shade between 10 AM and 4 PM. Avoid Irritants: Skip harsh exfoliants (like retinol or AHAs) during flare-ups. If the redness persists or feels like a burning sensation, you should consult a dermatologist to rule out rosacea. Would you like me to help you find specific product ingredients to look for in a gentle cleanser?

A. Atogla cream you can use it actually very good it helps in reducing rashes and the kind of issue that you are facing on the skin so try that also I’m going to highly recommend you to one consultant dermatologist if this is happening every time the skin could be more sensitive to dust and all also so they can advise you with the right products that you can use
