Hi Doctor, GM... my baby girl is now 4 months and she is not latching properly nowadays and even not taking mothers milk, is tat due to formula milk which am giving to her...Please advise some ideas to improve breast milk , as am getting very less amount of milk nowadays after she crossed her 3rd month...

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello mom, for lactation you should offer breast milk continuously then only milk can segregate well. Eat well take egg, lean meat, fish, dry fish, spinach, add more vegetables and take garlic in your daily diet. Keep feed your baby well. Keep your baby healthy and hydrated.
