hi doctor gm I have 2year 4 month baby girl she suffering from vomiting in 2 days I will take her in pediatrician but no use so please tell which medicine good for vomiting and cough.5 days in fever one time they gone after 4 days as usual high fever so what I do.first tell me how can I stop vomiting for my baby

A. after vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food. do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period. if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor. avoid giving milk and heavy diet. vomit usually occurs due to gastritis This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child. For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block. Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing For fever and pain give paracetamol Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.d Give warm water to drink. z
