Q.

hi doctor. from last week my nipples are very dry and flaky .i am not pregnant. I have been applying oil. but still not better. my nipples are sore and painful. please help.

A. hi mom u can apply nip heal ointment on the nipple .. feed in proper position to avoid cuts .. use breast pump for few days ... hot fomentation ..

A. Hi Mom Squeeze your nipple frequently Give adequate feeding Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration
