Hi doctor, due to a muscle cramp in the left side of my back i am feeling pain. sometimes it completely goes off and sometimes severe stretch feeling with pain. I am not able to sleep on my left side because of this pain and have to sleep on right side. Can I use iodex or hot water bottle for reducing this pain?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. continue with hot fomentation, you may use volini gel. avoid heavy work n correct your posture white sleeping, for more it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
