Hi doctor, can u pls diagnose the skin problem which I posted in the pic for a 4 month baby girl when I apply moisturizer it becomes sore, redcolor small bumps is seen on skin when powder is applied it shows white patches it appears mainly on chest, forearms, around neck, shoulder region

Maybe the moisturizer you are using is not suitable for your baby..so avoid using it for the time being and observe.. can apply some coconut oil on the affected area..if the problem persists consult a pediatrician and he will guide you better after examination and analysis
