Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. gap of at least half an hour should be maintained between any two medicine which will help in improving the chances of absorption of the medicine for better results. s also when two medicines are given together they may react with each other decreasing the efficacy of both the medicines s

Yes you can but try to always maintain a gap of at least minimum of 10 minutes between two medicines because if by chance to Charles going to vomit every thing is just going to come out that only which is why it is going to be advisable to wait for a little while before when you are giving to medicines Te to a child
