ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. 5drops actually No need to give anything except vitamin D3 drops, if baby is on exclusive breast feed. Continue with exclusive breast feed ur baby till completing 6months of age. It will help. Give vit D 3 drops 400 IU per day till 1yr of age.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please don't self medicate your child. always consult your pediatrician before giving any type of medicines to your child. instead of giving neopeptin, please opt for natural I mean , please keep Breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs. as you are nursing mother eat easy to digest food give massage to your child daily give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands. move your child's legs in cycling motion maintain good hygiene
