Q.

hi doctor, am mother of 6 months old twins...I don't have time to pump my breast milk and store... how I can manage to give breast milk and formula milk equally..am concerned about their health.

A. you can store breast milk at room temperature that is around 25 degree celsius to 30 degree celsius for 4 hours and when you are storing in the refrigerator you can store it for 24 hours. before usdage you can warm the milk and give it to the child. it is not advisable to keep this warmed milk back in the refrigerator if unused. so better to take only that much amount from the refrigerator which you are confident that the child will drink. d

A. So what you can do is that one time when you are feeding your child on formula feed them together on formula and after they go to sleep that time you express your breast feed and the next time that both of your kids can have breast feeding that way so that is one way that you can go for or secondly give one formula feeding to the child and give breastfeeding directly the second one and then reverse the procedure the next time
