hi doctor, am afraid as my baby had small pimples kind of skin , I cant say it as rashes . is this due to dipers or something kind of allergy. please advise what should I do ?

kindly apply moisturizing lotion (atogla / cetaphil / physiogel / oilatum) or virgin coconut oil on the skin of the child 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor.
do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.

Yes this is Mausi looking you to die for Anita some kind of an allergy only you are right this is not a rush this definitely some infection building apps or allergy happening I would say Jesse to have a proper assessment of the situation with your doctor and he’ll help you with the right
