Q.
Hi doctor, After my second delivery I have faced pain in the vaginal area.Now my baby completed her 7 months dat pain is still der.I have consulted with the gynecologist nd done the scanning. Scanning report is normal nothing to worry.Bt still I have pain.

Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
