Q.

Hi doctor, After delivery it's a 3rd month for me... Back pain getting and after hours of sleep thighs and leg pain are there. Sometimes motion is not regular.. Please suggest

A. hi it happens because of nutritional deficiencies so I advise to take green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc in your diet. avoid taking junk food items. avoid drinking RO water. don't sit or stand for long period. take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
