hi Doctor actually want to get pregnant some told that try from 12 days from the day of menstruations I want to know that 12 days is count from which day the starting first day of period or after period stop

Are your periods regular?
How many days cycle?
Take folic acid before planning
Keep relations 2-3 times a week and more in fertile period
From 9th daybto 17 th day is good period for 28 to 30 day cycle
Day 1 as first day of men9
Its better to keep relations before rupture as egg can live for only 24 hours while sperm lives for 2-3 days in female body
