A. you have to give paracetamol for fever as well as pain according to the weight of the child as well as according to the strength of paracetamol medicine you are having. there are different strength of paracetamol available in the market that is it may be in the drops formulation which might be having power of 100 mg or or 125 mg or 150 mg in each 1ml. in syrup formulation paracetamol has dgot different powers like 120/ 25mg and 240/ 250 mg in each 5ml. so the doctor will calculate the dosage according to the power and weight of the child. paracetamol can be given max 4 times per day x

A. About 1.5 ML1 and then you can repeat it again after six hours if the temperature rises as the medication is meant to be given to the child every six hours if the temperature rises from time to time because that’s very normal to be seen during the time of fever
