Hi doc …we recently shifted to Kuwait here too much cold so my baby got fever still not adjusted to this temperature…from last two days he got fever sometimes it will be there some times not …. Am giving zydol p shall I continue with it or shall I give fepanil… kid is too active. Thanks in avance

A. If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp fapanil in proper dose. gi e adequate fluids
