Hi Doc My son is 1.5 years old. He unfortunately kept his finger in closing door and there was a swelling initially. now the finger nail seems to be cutting off from bottom and I can see some gap. I am worried. Will the nail grow back from bottom ....should I consult a pead

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assestyyusment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evagluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
