Hi doc, My son has some red patches on the skin specially near foldings of hand and behind kness. Also on ankle and face. Kindly suggest medicine.

A. Hi Ankita, I am following everything except cetaphil lotion. We live in a well ventilated house and also maintain good hygiene. This is there almost from 1.5months. Doctor had given some ointment. When we apply that it will go but again it will comeback.

A. hi please do the following things: please dress your child in cotton clothes. keep your child well hydrated. apply thin layer of coconut oil or Cetaphil lotion on Rashes. keep that area clean and dry. keep your child in well ventilated room. maintain good hygiene.
