Hi doc, My lo is 5 months on EBF ... since yesterday i feel my left breast is hard or there is lump nd severe pain while breastfeed, i feed my baby frequently nd for longer duration.. the lump reduces post feed however comes back within hour.. kindly advise

A. apply hot fomentation over it as per what has been mentioned it seems this is normal and for this there is no need of concern for this as of now so do not worry about

Q. hi Dr I were feeling pain in my left breast for 6-7 days. I felt painful hard lumps on my left nipple and upper portion too. usg done .focal mastitis was shown in that.now taking antibiotics and pain reliever for 3 days. pain is not on nipple lump but lumps are not disappeared yet and some pain is still there on above nipple lump.
