Hi Doc, my LO is 45 days old and is on exclusive BM. Mostly after each feed he cries uncontrollably until he clears his bowels, especially in evenings. we have been using colicaid but sometimes still he feels discomfort. Could you please suggest any remedy for this issue #asktheexpert

Are you having gassy food like peas bringel etc? please have hing and Azwain in the morning so that it's benefits passes in your milk and give benefits to baby.
Give Gastika ayurvedic medicine for gas related issues to baby. Also Burping is important. Apply hing water on navel area.
