#asktheexperts I have started feeding solids (rice powder,dal pani , fruit purée) since a week to my baby and his bowels are not that regular also the texture has changed what do I feed him for regular bowels ????? He is an exclusive breastfeed baby and before also his bowels were infrequent

A. Infant commonly suffer from constipated when they start eat foods that their bodies cannot yet digest properly.. So offer well cooked, soft, semi solid food. Add veggies n fruits in weaning food. Give sips of water after giving solids.

A. texture you should gradually increase the thickness as start with rice water dal water then ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed boiled fruits and vegetables remember one new food one at a time
