Q.

Hi doc! My kid is having rashes on his scrotum and bums. I applied every possible rash cream but all went in vain. Please suggest what should i do. I am keeping him in cotton nappies. Still there are rashes

A. use disposable diapers. as cloth nappies are more prone to fungal infections.. always apply coconut oil as skin barrier before putting on the diapers and change diapers every 4-5 hours or More frequently if seems wet... for now use t-bact ointment or eumosone-m ointment twice or thrice a day
