hi doc. My daughter is suffering from fever. Afternoon I given crocin not decreased. Nw at night time I have given meftal p suspension 5ml. hw much time it takes to decrease the fever by giving this medicine.

A. madam fever was around 103.3 . afternoon we have given crocin didnt decrease. Nw its night time my area pediatrics not available night. I refer the medical shop by calling to them they told mee to give 5ml. Nw after 1 hour just NW fever came down. I was worried because fever crossed to 103.3. Even before syrup I did Luke warm sponging jeeven though nt decrease. That is the reason I I given one time night just nw meftal 5 mnl.

A. In totality if the fever reduces within 72 hours of time then that’s good enough and may I know who is advise you to give 5ML at the age of one year because that’s a very heavy dosage that you have been giving to the child so I would recommend you one time to consult your paediatrician pleaseWrite Your Answer Here
