hi doc my daughter is 2 months 9days old and weight is 4.5 kg only her birth weight was 3.16 kg she is not gaining weight and she is very lean also ..pls suggest any diet to increase my baby weight so that thru breast feeding she may get it best weight

A. hi mam, babies weight gain depends on their birth weight usually they gain 250 to 500g per month so as we look at your child weight gain,he or she is gaining enough weight. no need to worry.
