hi doc my boy is 8 yrs old..he have nose block either one daily after getting up and after sometime after nose clears and sometimes in day time too..it happens daily.. please suggest

A. you can give neither saline drops for nizzle blockage and also see that you can give syrup maxtra 7ml twice daily which will help in decreasing the nasal blockage and you can give steam inhalation
