hi doc my baby's 6th month started can I give cerelac, water or cow milk to her?

A. starting with cerelac water is fine but cow milk.. any animals milk as cow milk or Buffalo milk should be started after completing one year.. you can give ragi porridge rice porridge wheat porridge dalia sabudana mashed boiled fruit and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot beetroot apple pear sapota banana.. remember to introduce one new food one at a time..
