hi doc my baby is now in his 5th month and he will be getting 6th on 19th Jan my doubt is how to know if the baby is full

A. if baby is passing urine 8 to 10 times a day and is sleeping well and less cranky and is gaining some weight on a regular basis then it means baby is full. some conditions may vary on and off but on the whole if these are met then it means baby us full. also after completion of six months you can give solid or semi solid food to the baby.
