Hi Doc!! My baby is about to complete 4 months and from past 1 month her weight is same as 5 kg. I am very worried about her health and weight. Please suggest what to do?? Because I am giving breastfeed as much as I can and rest of the time top feed.. Still no progress in weight. Please help me out.. It will be very grateful

A. 4 months baby having 5 kg weight is totally normal and you know need to worry for that for first year the baby growth should be equal to the months of the baby
