hi doc, my baby is 19 months and she has hair growth in her leg. I am thinking it's way too early for hair growth on feet. pl suggest. thnxx Vijayeta

A Little bit of hair growth is normal on leg from the very beginning slowly gradually the hair are going to be there and they will be permanent but it is actually way too early if you are somewhere around 21 months so you should definitely take a guidance from a skin doctor on this
