Hi doc, my baby is 18 months old and from 6 months I am giving saffron milk to my baby. Is it ok to continue saffron milk to baby everyday ? will there be any negative side effects ? pls let me know

Saffron is completely healthy to be given to the child does not have any side-effect you can give saffron milk to the child every day twice in a day or Jeff you want you can add a little bit of turmeric into that that really helps a lot in boosting up the immunity of the child
