Hi doc My baby boy skin has become dark after he is relocated from Bangalore to Hyderabad I am worried about his skin tone Pls suggest a solution

It Could we change the weather temperature atmosphere so that could be one of the biggest reasons water does play a very important role apart from that also I would like to tell you that election of the skin of the child to change for initial 6 to 8 months after that only what sure about it
