hi doc, my babies are 5 months and 5 days today, pls guide me how to start solid food for them and what all they can eat, can we give them water as well

A. don't stast now, No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months.  Exclusive breast feed your baby two hourly and on demand . Breast milk is the recommended source of nutrition for infants, especially during the first six months of life.
