Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning basically you can try to get milk products like paneer cheese butter butter milk curd to your baby as a substitute for milk also give roasted makhana and as a substitute for meat you can give other protein rich diet like eggs pulses sprouts
